COREPROC, Inc. ("COREPROC", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website at www.coreproc.com.

Our website presents information about our company and services. The only page that asks you for personal information is our contact page, and only if you choose to send us an inquiry. You can also reach us by email, phone, or messaging app instead. We collect minimal data, and analytics cookies are set only if you consent to them. We do not use any advertising trackers.

Information We Collect

Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, our servers automatically log standard technical information, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and timestamps
  • Page interactions, session duration, and general usage data — collected via Google Analytics, and only if you have accepted analytics cookies

This data is used solely for website operation, security monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Information You Choose to Send Us

Our contact page has a form. If you submit it, we receive the details you entered: your name, email address, mobile number, the operational challenge you selected, and your message. Nothing is sent until you submit the form yourself, and we use what you send only to respond to you and to follow up on your inquiry. Submissions are delivered to us by email; we do not store them in a database on this website.

The other contact options we provide — our email address, phone number, and WhatsApp or Viber links — simply open your own email, phone, or messaging app, and nothing reaches us unless you write and send the message yourself. When you contact us that way we receive whatever you include in your message, and we use it for the same purpose. Messages sent over WhatsApp or Viber also pass through those services, which handle your data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and Local Storage

Our website uses the following essential cookies and local storage. These are required for the site to work and to record your own privacy choice, so they are set without consent:

  • Session cookie — An encrypted cookie that maintains your browsing session. It expires after 2 hours.
  • CSRF token — A standard security cookie that protects against cross-site request forgery.
  • Cookie preference — A cookie and local storage entry (cp_cookie_consent) that remembers which cookie categories you accepted or declined, so we do not ask you again. It expires after 1 year.

Google Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. It is not loaded when you arrive: the Google Analytics script is only added to the page after you accept analytics cookies, and the cookies below are set only from that point on. If you decline, or simply never choose, no Google Analytics script runs and none of these cookies are created.

Once you accept, Google Analytics sets the following cookies:

  • _ga — Used to distinguish unique users. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_<container-id> — Used to persist session state. Expires after 2 years.

Google reCAPTCHA

Our contact page is protected against automated abuse by Google reCAPTCHA v3. The reCAPTCHA script loads only on the contact page, and it is necessary for the form to work, so it is not subject to the cookie banner. It sets a _GRECAPTCHA cookie and sends Google technical information about your device and how you interacted with the page, which Google uses to score whether the submission is human. We receive only that score — never the underlying data. Google's use of this information is governed by its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you would rather not use reCAPTCHA, email or call us instead.

We do not use any advertising or third-party tracking cookies beyond those described above.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate and secure our website infrastructure
  • To respond to inquiries you send us through the contact form, or by email, phone, or messaging app
  • To protect the contact form against automated abuse
  • To remember your cookie preferences between visits
  • To improve our services and user experience, using analytics data where you have consented to it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Third-Party Services

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors use our website, such as pages visited, session duration, and general interaction patterns. This helps us understand and improve our website. Google Analytics data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Our contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell real inquiries from automated abuse, as described under Google reCAPTCHA above.

Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical request information (such as your IP address) needed to serve those files. If you choose to reach us through WhatsApp or Viber, those apps handle your message under their own privacy policies.

We do not use any advertising networks or marketing trackers on our website.

Your Cookie Choices

On your first visit, a cookie banner asks how you would like non-essential cookies handled. You can accept all, decline all, or open Cookie Preferences and choose category by category. Until you make a choice, no non-essential cookies or scripts are loaded.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences control available on every page. Withdrawing analytics consent stops further analytics collection and clears the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place while consent was in force.

  • Server logs — Retained for a reasonable operational period for security and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Session cookie — Expires after 2 hours.
  • Cookie preference — Expires after 1 year.
  • Google Analytics cookies — Expire after 2 years, and are cleared immediately if you withdraw analytics consent.
  • _GRECAPTCHA cookie — Set by Google on the contact page and retained by Google under its own retention policy.
  • Inquiries you send us — Contact form submissions, email, and messaging correspondence are kept only as long as needed to answer you and maintain a record of our discussion, and are deleted on request.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through our website. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Session cookies are encrypted, and we implement standard access controls to limit who within our organization can access the inquiries you send us.

Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to:
